How to use:

  • Create a CSV file named tags_to_anon.csv with your anonymisation rules
  • Include columns: Tag Group Code, Tag Element, Tag Name, Tag Value
  • For tags without group/element codes, use the tag name directly
  • Upload a ZIP file containing your DICOM files and the CSV
  • Download an example file here.
